Classes

Recreational classes begin September 5th, 2023.

Acro Dance Express LLC provides the broadest base of quality dance instruction in the area. Our professional staff provides dance education in all styles. ADE offers various programs for your child: The Recreational Dance Program, The Elite Experience Competition Team, Tumble Express classes, Hip-Hop and Contemporary classes, and Mommy & Me classes. We have something for every beginner to advanced level ages 18 months to 18 years old. Let us find the best fit for your dancer, today! The Elite Experience Competition Team

We are proud to provide an elite-level competitive team that travels regionally and nationally to experience competition from all over the USA! Our Elite Experience Competition Team provides dancers with a serious and elite training experience, while instilling lessons such as teamwork, responsibility, and time management. This program is for serious dancers, ages 5-18.

Recreational Dance Program

We are proud to provide a program for dancers of all ages who love to dance and want to train at the recreational through intermediate levels. In our Recreational Dance Program, our students begin their dance education through learning a strong foundation from our faculty, along with have a ton of fun! This program is for dancers ages 18 months to 16!

Mommy and Me

Mommy & Me

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide Mommy & Me classes for young students and mothers to enjoy beginner dance, creative movement, and music together! This class meets for 30 minutes once a week. This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in May/June. Students must be 18 months to join.

Ballet Tap Acro

Ballet, Tap, Acro Combination Classes

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide Ballet, Tap, Acro Combo Classes to provide young students with an hour class that meets once a week. This class concentrates in beginner ballet, tap, and acro styles. This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in May/June. Students are ages 3-5.

Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop Combination Classes

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop Combo Classes to provide young students with an hour class that meets once a week. This class concentrates in beginner ballet, tap, and hip hop styles. This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in May/June. Students are ages 4-6.

Ballet, Tap, Jazz Combination Classes

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide Ballet, Tap, Jazz Combo Classes to provide students with an hour class that meets once a week. This class concentrates in beginner ballet, tap, and Jazz styles. This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in May/June.

Students are ages 6-16.

contemporary

Contemporary Classes

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide Contemporary classes that meets for an hour once a week. Contemporary Dance is a form of dance were music and lyrical-style dance engages contract-release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation characteristics of modern dance. This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in May/June. Contemporary classes are for ages 6-18.

Hip Hop Dance

Hip Hop Classes

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide Hip Hop classes that meets for an hour once a week. Hip hop dance is a range of street dance styles primarily performed to hip hop music or that have evolved as part of hip hop culture. This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in May/June. This is a fun class for energetic dancers, ages 4-18.

Tumble Express Classes

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide Tumble Express classes that meets for an hour once a week. These are acro and tumbling classes that teaches students acrobatic and tumbling skills. Our faculty works with each dancer individually to instruct them on proper form, technique, and safety. Open to students of all ages.

Boy's Class

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide a boys-only class that focuses in tap and hip hop dance styles. This class meets for an hour once a week. This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in May/June. This is a fun class for male dancers, ages 6-10!

princess ballet

Princess Ballet Class

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide a princess-themed ballet class for beginner dancers. This class meets for an hour once a week. This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in May/June. This is a fun class for tiny dancers, ages 3-5!

Dance Team Prep Class

New this season! ADE is providing a Dance Team Prep class for any student wishing to train and prepare for a school dance team. As ADE has alumni in both collegiate and NFL level dance teams, we want to prep our students, starting at age 11! This is a great class for dancers wishing to be or are on Middle and High School dance teams.
