Acro Dance Express LLC provides the broadest base of quality dance instruction in the area. Our professional staff provides dance education in all styles. ADE offers various programs for your child: The Recreational Dance Program,

The Elite Experience Competition Team, Acro & Tumbling,

Hip Hop, Contemporary, Homeschool Dance, K-POP KIDZ, Dance Team, and Mommy & Me classes. We have something for every beginner to advanced level ages 18 months to 18 years old. The Elite Experience Competition Team

We are proud to provide an elite-level competitive team that travels regionally and nationally to experience competition from all over the USA! Our Elite Experience Competition Team provides dancers with a serious and elite training experience, while instilling lessons such as teamwork, responsibility, and time management. This program is for serious dancers, ages 5-18. Auditions are July 30th-August 1st, 2026.

Recreational Dance Program

We are proud to provide a program for dancers of all ages who love to dance and want to train at the recreational through intermediate levels. In our Recreational Dance Program, our students begin their dance education through learning a strong foundation from our faculty, along with have a ton of fun! This program is for dancers ages 18 months to 17! Registration opens online on August 3rd, and classes begin September 8th, 2026.

Mommy & Me

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide Mommy & Me classes for young students and mothers to enjoy beginner dance, creative movement, and music together! This class meets for 30 minutes once a week. This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in June. Students must be 18 months to join.

Homeschool Dance Class

In our Recreational Dance Program, we are providing a Homeschool Dance Class, for children that are in a homeschool program. This class meets for an hour once a week, on Wednesday mornings. Students will learn ballet, creative movement, jazz, and acro. This class perform one routine in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in June. This is a fun and exciting class for homeschool students, ages 3-9.

Contemporary Classes

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide Contemporary classes that meets for an hour once a week. Contemporary Dance is a form of dance were music and lyrical-style dance engages contract-release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation characteristics of modern dance. This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in June. Contemporary classes are for ages 6-17.

Hip Hop Classes

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide Hip Hop classes that meets for an hour once a week. Hip hop dance is a range of street dance styles primarily performed to hip hop music or that have evolved as part of hip hop culture. This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in June. This is a fun class for energetic dancers, ages 10+.

Acro & Tumbling Classes

In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide Acro & Tumbling classes that meets for an hour once a week. These are acro and tumbling classes that teaches students acrobatic and tumbling skills. Our faculty works with each dancer individually to instruct them on proper form, technique, and safety. Open to students ages 6+, as instructors work to each child's personal goals and skills to ensure individual growth.

NEW! Open Acro Drop-Ins

New this season! On Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:00 p.m., our acrobatics and tumbling room is open for "open acro". This is for students to work on individual skills and acrobatics, without an instructor. This class provides our tumbling mats and equipment. Drop-in rate is $10/student, and is capped at 5 students. You may reserve your spot at the front desk each Monday or Tuesday.

NEW! Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary Combination Classes

New this season! In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide a Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary Combo class to provide students, ages 12+, with an hour class that meets once a week. This class concentrates in beginner to intermediate ballet, jazz, and contemporary styles. This class will provide a space to grow their artistry! This class performs in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in June. Students are ages 12+.

NEW! Hip Hop & Tumble Combination Class

New this season! In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide a Hip Hop and Tumble Combo class to provide students, ages 5-8, with an hour class that meets once a week. This class concentrates in hip hop and acro/tumbling styles. This class will provide a space to grow their artistry and strength! This class performs a hip hop dance in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in June. Students are ages 5-8.

NEW! K-POP KIDS: Jazz and Hip Hop

New this season! In our Recreational Dance Program, we provide a K-POP KIDS Jazz and Hip Hop Combo class to provide students, ages 6-10, with an hour class that meets once a week. This class concentrates in hip hop and jazz K-POP styles. This class will provide a space to grow their artistry and have fun! This class performs a hip hop or jazz dance in our December Christmas Recital and the end of season Recital in June. Students are ages 6-10
